  • Music Support

    Music can relieve depression and stress and bring people together in recovery. In this group members pick songs and reflect on what the songs mean to them.

  • Present Together Mindfulness

    Discuss and practice mindfulness techniques to cultivate a present state of mind.

    Recovery For U

    In this group, we explore ways to boost self-esteem, meet life’s challenges and realize we ARE worthy of happiness. We learn how to set boundaries that will get us equality, respect, and happiness. We discuss how to create healthy relationships with current and future friends, partners, siblings, parents, co-workers, and anyone else in our lives.

    Creative Writing

    Experienced teachers and published authors join Together Place to teach six-week workshops on literature and creative writing. Investigation of poetry, stories and writing technique awakens the imagination and enhances growth, expression and connection. Open to the public.

  • Pathways to Recovery

    Have you just started thinking about recovery, or are you already on a journey of recovery but feel you need to make some important changes?  This group teaches self-direction and motivation to help you achieve your recovery goals.

  • Alternative to Suicide

    Suicide “What makes you feel that way”. Role play, walk & talk, and activities.

    Tuesdays at 2:30 PM 

  • Member Facilitated Peer Support

    peer-led group is a support group where individuals with lived experience of mental health challenges come together to share, learn, and provide emotional support to one another.

    Monday - Friday at 8 AM and Mondays at 2:30 PM

  • Anger Management

    Anger and substance use disorders often co-occur, increasing the risk for negative consequences such as physical aggression, self-harm, distressed relationships, loss of a job, and criminal justice involvement. In this group we learn to manage anger effectively, stop violence, gain self control over thoughts and actions, and receive support from others.

  • Good Grief

    Loss support group based on the five stages of grief.

  • Coping with Anxiety and Depression

    A support group for individuals navigating the challenges of depression and anxiety, offering empathy, resources and hope.
